What to include in your email
The more we know upfront, the faster we come back with FOB pricing. A good first email covers four things:
1
Your overseas business
Business name, country, registration evidence (trade licence or company number), and the kind of buyer you are.
2
The brands or products you want
Brand names from our directory, or specific product descriptions if you know them.
3
Volume & container preference
Cartons, pallets, 20ft / 40ft container, or LCL — even a rough estimate helps us quote accurately.
4
Destination port
Port and country of import, so we can quote freight or confirm FOB Melbourne handover.
